  • Is Papumba Academy free?
    You can download Papumba Academy for free from any of the following stores: iTunes y Google Play Store.
    Once installed and opened, you will be able to activate your free 7-days trial, or just use the Limited Version. In case you continue using the app after the 7-days trial, your monthly/anual Papumba Academy Subscription will be active, depending on the plan you have selected when starting your 7-days trial.
  • If your app is Free, why does it say in the stores that Papumba Academy has “In-app purchases”?
    In the mobile world, ‘in-app purchases’ makes reference to a huge variety of offers, products and services. In the particular case of Papumba Academy, ‘in-app purchases’ makes reference to the monthly/annual subscription service present in our learning app, and that will be charged after the free 7-days trial.
    It worth to mention that, no matter if you are an active subscriber or in your free 7-days trial instance, Papumba Academy won't bother you with additional“in-app purchases” or third-party advertising.
  • Is Papumba Academy available on Android and Apple devices?
    Yep. You can download Papumba Academy for free from iTunes and Google Play Store.
  • Can I play on more than on devices?
    You can definitely do it. Any device that has an account registered in iTunes or Google Play can download and use the app. To be able to use your subscription on more than one device, the only thing you have to ensure is that the account with which you are downloading / activating the app is the same as your active subscription. Once you have downloaded and executed the app, simply touching "Restore Purchases" will be enough for either of the two stores to recognize your subscription and allow you to use it without having to subscribe again. Note: Papumba Academy is currently not compatible with "Family Sharing", so be very careful not to acquire a second subscription if you are using a different account than the one you used to obtain your subscription!
  • How does the subscription work?
    When you confirm your purchase, payment will be charged through your iTunes or Google Play Account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Don’t want to auto-renew? Manage your account and renewal settings in your user Account Settings. You can use your subscription on any device registered with your Apple ID or Google Play Store account. Like all Apple subscriptions, Papumba Academy can’t use family sharing to share subscriptions across different Apple IDs.
  • How do I prevent my subscription from auto-renewing?

  • How do I restore my purchase?
    Just Download Papumba Academy, run the app and once you have opened, click on the "Restore Purchases" button. Make sure that the device you are using has the iTunes account or Google Play Store in which you have your active subscription correctly working.
  • Can I play Papumba Academy offline?
    Papumba Academy can be used offline. Once you have downloaded the app, there will be an initial download in the language of your device (English will be the default language if the language of your device does not exist in our library of available languages). If you wish to download additional languages, you can do so in the "Options" section. Once the content has been downloaded, Papumba Academy will be ready to be used offline, which is a safe experience for everyone to use.
  • For some strange reason, I don’t hear any sound or music. Is this normal?
    The initial step is to make sure that the volume of your device has not dropped down to "mute". Second, ensure that the device is not set to "Silent" mode. To check it out, just check in one of the margins of your iPhone or iPad device that the volume switch has not accidentally been moved to the lower position.
  • If I reinstall/redownload an app, will I be charged again?
    If you accidentally deleted the app or if you decided to remove it from your device, you can install it again from iTunes or Google Play Store. As long as you download the app from the same iTunes or Google Play Store account that you used to purchase the app originally, you won't be charged.
